Cross Connect Services, Inc. is a twenty-three year old telecommunications company with a proven track record for quality products, timely response and competitive pricing. We have evolved from a cabling and installation sub-contractor, to a well-respected provider of communications solutions in both the voice and data arenas.

Our primary product offering is the Telrad Digital family of products, one of the most respected products in the telecommunications community. We provide Voice over IP solutions, sophisticated messaging capability, Voice Processing systems including Automated Attendant, Voice Mail, IVR and call center solutions. In addition, we provide backbone wiring for voice and data applications with certification. As this technology continues to evolve, CrossConnect Services is committed to apply leading edge solutions to your communications problems.
