system from is infinitely
more important than the system you elect to purchase. With few differences
the systems available for consideration work fine and provide most
of the features any business requires to run their business. You
can rest assured that if the system you select is missing a “truly
valuable” feature today, it will be available in the near future.
We believe that purchasing your system from a certified dealer of
the product provides you with the best opportunity to secure the
best possible price and the most reliable service after the sale.
As a dealer, we must compete with the other dealers in the area.
We are keenly aware that these other dealers want your business as
much as we do.
The other obvious option for purchasing a
system today is to buy directly from the manufacturer. On the surface
this option is attractive.
Who knows the system better than the man that made it? Unfortunately,
once you decide to purchase directly from the manufacturer, you become
captive to the pricing and service policies of the manufacturer and
no one else can help you. We believe that you should never be in
a “no choice position.”
We do not believe in “forced maintenance contracts” or
after sale price increases. We believe in line item pricing and full
disclosure. We believe that the customer with eight phones deserves
the same service response as the customer with eighty phones, and
we believe if you have an emergency with your system, we do too.
