CrossConnect Services, Inc. opened its doors in 1979 as an installation and service subcontractor. Over the past seventeen years we have participated in over 6,000 communication projects/installations, and gained certification on more than seventy different product offerings. This experience formed the basis of our selection of the Telrad product line as a single solution for our potential clients.

Like most companies, we had finite resources for inventory and labor. Like you, we had to maximize the return on our investment and to accomplish this objective we decided to become a single product supplier. We trained our entire staff on the product line and were able to purchase the inventory levels necessary to properly support our client base. You can be confident when the technician arrives to work on your Telrad system, he is certified to work on your system and has the necessary equipment on the truck to complete the project.

A large percentage of the installations performed over the seventeen-year period were the direct result of "Folk Lift Technology." By that we mean the replacement of systems that still performed because they no longer were able to meet the expansion or technological requirements of the business.

We interviewed several of the companies for which we had installed systems and the most favorable responses came from the Telrad system users. Telrad represented stability, expansion, and an evergreen philosophy that protected the end user’s investment by providing modular expansion, integration of the current asset into the new technology and engineering toward flash burning of the existing chips on the card to ensure compatibility with the newest technology.

They designed their system to provide growth from 4 stations to 1024 ports with all component parts being compatible with the next larger size system. They put the system memory on a separate module that could be replaced with the newer features being introduced, and they made the software affordable.
