The CrossConnect Warranty

A warranty should be your insurance that the company that sold the system will stand behind it. More importantly, the manufacture of the system should be equally responsible. Every new Telrad Connegy system sold includes a standard manufacturer’s warranty of two years on all parts and labor. An optional five-year warranty is available for consideration.

It is our experience that the extended warranty is a better deal for us than it is for you. You will find that the service demands of the Telrad Digital system are so few that the cost of the extended warranty is difficult to justify. At CrossConnect it is even more difficult to justify this additional expense.

We do not require extended warranties of service contracts. We do not discriminate between those that do or do not have one. The cost for any equipment or labor is the same for all customers, and the service response is the same as well.

For those customers that feel they need or want a service contract, one is provided. In an attempt to add value to the service contract, we provide for four preventative maintenance visits per year to check the system, clean up anything that needs attention, and inventory the system. A status report reflecting the condition of the system and the expansion capability is provided to the system administrator following the visit.

Of extreme value to you is the fact that the manufacturer is equally committed to your satisfaction. This additional protection is invaluable and will ensure that you will enjoy your Telrad system for many years.
